I’d like push notifications to be sent whenever anyone in a client message thread replies, not just when the client sends the first message. Right now, all assigned coaches get a notification when a client messages, but no notifications go out when another coach responds. This makes it easy for coaches to miss important replies, especially when multiple coaches share clients or are collaborating on form feedback, video reviews, or client updates. Requested improvement: Send push notifications to all coaches assigned to the client whenever a new message is added to the thread (by client or coach). Option to toggle this behavior in notification settings for teams who prefer less noise. Maintain unified inbox visibility for context but add real-time alerts for replies. This would make communication between coaches seamless and prevent missed messages, especially in shared-client setups.
