I would love to see the flag/star feature added back in for messages. It's a bit tricky with multiple coaches knowing who needs further attention/second set of eyes.

We updated the Follow Up section and it's now called Later. Still all the same functionality but its a new folder instead of a subset of the Inbox.

Kane Sivesind Yes, but the only problem is - unless I am missing something you have to physically click on that tab to know if there's anything in the inbox. I wouldn't mind the later feature but could you potentially add something to the effect of "Later (3)" indicating that there are 3 "flagged" messages?

My biggest concern with this new system is things going unnoticed and missed. It just adds an extra step and something we need to check on. I feel like we will likely just leave things in the inbox so that it grabs the coaches attention
