Feature Requests

I have a client who finds the main community chat too busy and doesn't want to have notifications from it. I understand I can't remove them from it but they still want to be part of the custom community they are in and part of. There doesn't seem to be an option to silence one community and not another or remove them from the default community. This is the first time it has come up but I do want to be able to provide it for clients.

It would be extremely helpful to bulk upload and schedule posts via CSV (date, time, community, post text). This would allow coaches to plan and schedule posts weekly or monthly in one session instead of logging in daily to post. This would: Save time on recurring admin work Make consistent community posting easier Increase adoption and usage of Communities Coach win: Coaches could batch and schedule community posts ahead of time instead of posting manually each day.

I truly believe with AI that the ability to go live in the community to come across as higher touch is of huge value. Uploading a video just doesn't have the same feel. It is also not the smoothest process. . Is this perhaps the best other option to go back to Facebook groups? This is the feature I miss the most about running my program on Facebook. Coach catalyst is amazing, almost the perfect app for what is out there. This is however a key feature that would be incredible to see.

This would be so helpful for creating engagement and adding a more personal touch. Recorded video just isn’t the same.

Would love to connect more with my community with short live videos. I do these in my free Facebook group but feel my paid clients miss out.

A calendar displaying upcoming events for all clients. This could be open group coaching calls, community events, retreats etc. Clients could sign up in app for events of interest to them.

Would love to see live video in the community. It’s much easier than filming and uploading. It’s the only feature I miss from using a fb group. I feel it also gives the energy of more authenticity as clients know you are setting a specific time to chat with them rather than a recording.

Currently, the only way to see what community a client belongs to is by navigating to each individual community and checking the member list. There is no direct way to see a client's assigned communities when viewing their profile or dashboard. Requested Functionality: Add a section within the client profile or dashboard view that lists all communities the client is a part of. Ideally includes: Community name(s) Quick link to view each community Option to add/remove client from communities directly from profile Use Case: A coach is working with a client and wants to quickly verify which community groups they’re in (e.g., Challenge Group, Nutrition Group, Foundations). This is useful for troubleshooting, program management, and ensuring proper group access without jumping through multiple tabs.

Ability to run polls where clients get to vote for their preferred option. Useful for gathering feedback and marketing research etc but also for planning community events etc.

Make reading the notifications from Communities more seamless - have to scroll down to find newest comment is cumbersome. Would be great if you could click on notifications similar to FB and go right to your selection.
