I’d like message threads to stay marked as unread until every assigned coach has opened them.

Right now, if one coach accidentally opens a client message, it gets marked as read for the entire coaching team. This makes it easy for the other coach to miss important messages because the unread indicator disappears even if they never saw the thread.

Requested improvement:

Keep a message marked unread for each coach individually

Only clear the unread status once that specific coach has viewed the message

Optionally show which coaches have or haven’t opened the message

This would prevent accidental “reads,” reduce missed messages, and make multi-coach communication much smoother and more reliable.
