Feature Requests

It is important for the client to be invested and knowledgeable of their goals, that should be created together with the coach(es). Easier to build investment in an idea when everyone is involved in the creation of that goal. I would love to see a client view reminder of what their goal(s) is/are, so they/we can always be reminded of what we’re doing, and why. Apologies if I’m submitting too much lately. I’ve been exploring this app intensely for the last week, and quite love it, despite what I feel would be great additions to an alreadh great product. Cheers!

Have a setting in my account to switch the start of the week from Sunday to Monday

Right now, clients can print attached PDFs from the app, but they cannot print lesson content itself. Coaches and clients would like the ability to generate a clean printable version of lessons for reference, offline use, or record-keeping. Requested improvement: Add a Print Lesson option in the app (and web). Format lessons into a clean, printer-friendly layout (title, text, images, and attachments). Bonus: include an option to save as PDF for digital storage. This would give clients and coaches more flexibility, making lessons easier to review offline, share, or keep as part of a long-term resource library.

Right now, Garmin integration only pulls intensity minutes, but not the actual activities (like runs, rides, or workouts). Coaches want to see these sessions directly in the platform to better understand and track client performance. Requested improvement: Expand Garmin integration to include activity-level data such as: Type (e.g., run, bike, strength training) Duration and distance Average heart rate and calories burned Date/time of the session Display activities in the client’s timeline, metrics, or workout log. This would give coaches a complete view of client activity without needing to cross-check Garmin Connect—making the integration far more valuable for training and accountability.

To be able to track exercise metrics like other metrics. It would be great for a clients confidence to see their progression on some key exercises.

When creating forms with multiple choice questions, the ability to drag and drop into a new order would be amazing - currently, if I have 5 choices and prefer them in a different order, I need to delete or edit them into the spots rather than a simple drag and drop.

I’d like push notifications to be sent whenever anyone in a client message thread replies, not just when the client sends the first message. Right now, all assigned coaches get a notification when a client messages, but no notifications go out when another coach responds. This makes it easy for coaches to miss important replies, especially when multiple coaches share clients or are collaborating on form feedback, video reviews, or client updates. Requested improvement: Send push notifications to all coaches assigned to the client whenever a new message is added to the thread (by client or coach). Option to toggle this behavior in notification settings for teams who prefer less noise. Maintain unified inbox visibility for context but add real-time alerts for replies. This would make communication between coaches seamless and prevent missed messages, especially in shared-client setups.

the programs do not show up in the clients past programs... and if there were a way to be able o show all the men in the program who is leading... then they would be more motivated and have a commuinty feel

I can only add one photo at a time and it ends up coming out in the wrong order because of that

Currently it looks like the only way to add a PDF file to a lesson is by upload. I would prefer to have both the upload option, as well as the ability to assign a file from a resource folder to a lesson.
