Trigger External Automation (e.g. GHL) When Archiving a Client
in progress

I’d like the ability for Coach Catalyst to trigger an external automation when a client is archived.
Right now, archiving a client inside Coach Catalyst doesn’t send any signal to connected systems like SuperCoach CRM (or GHL). For users running automations or managing memberships through GHL, this creates extra manual work to keep both platforms in sync.
Requested improvement:
When a coach clicks Archive Client, send a webhook or Zapier/Make trigger containing the client’s email and status update.
Allow mapping to external platforms like GoHighLevel so the system can automatically:
Remove a tag (e.g. “client”)
Trigger GHL automations that revoke access or send exit sequences.
Could be implemented through Zapier, Make, Relay, or a direct native connection.
Why this matters:
Most coaches using SuperCoach CRM would benefit from this instantly. It keeps systems in sync automatically, prevents manual errors, and simplifies offboarding workflows.
This would save time, reduce mistakes, and make Coach Catalyst work seamlessly with existing automation ecosystems.

This is something we've talked about a lot internally and will be doing here soon. First with SuperCoach CRM users - then we might make it a public webhook but for starters, it will be an option within SCRM.
