I’d like the ability to control who on my team receives email or push notifications when a client completes a form.

Right now, every team member gets notified, which creates a lot of unnecessary noise—especially for admin staff who don’t need to take action on client forms.

This is slightly different from other requests about form notifications. Instead of controlling which forms trigger emails, this would let coaches decide which team members get them.

Requested improvement:

Add a setting to select which roles or individuals (coach, admin, assistant) receive notifications when a form is submitted.

Option to toggle between email and in-app notifications for each team member.

Ideally, allow this to be customized per form type (e.g. only certain coaches get Weekly Check-In forms).

This would help keep inboxes clean, reduce confusion, and make sure the right team members get notified when action is needed.
