Add the Ability to Mark Lessons as "Read"

Currently, clients do not have the ability to mark lessons as “completed” or “read” within the app. This feature would provide a clearer way for clients to track their progress and for coaches to monitor engagement.

I would love to know if lessons are read or not to help me know how engaged. Perhaps even a feature to "Favorite" or heart a lesson if it already resonated with them.

This would help so much to see if clients are actually reading through the lessons or not. Right now we're blind to it and adding a action for them to doesn't seem to get compliance, either! Thank you
