Add the ability to add select and drip-feed resources in client / program journey

I love the journeys feature, and I've been hoping that there could be an "Add a resource" button both on the client level and program level! This would mean that once coaches have set this up from within a program/client journey, there is more control to drip-feed resource files for client access without overwhelming them with too much too soon.
If #1 is possible, I'm hoping this could allow us to either add individual files within folders (but not all), or entire folders if needed.
